JIS University offers a three-year UG-level course of BMLT in the field of Pharmacy. For admission to BMLT at JIS University, students are required to pass Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Mathematics as the main subjects. For reserved category candidates, there is a relaxation of 5%, they need to get a minimum of 45% aggregate in the same subjects. It's mandatory for candidates to fulfil this eligibility before applying for the course.

In order to get admission to a three-year BBA (Hons) course at JIS University, there is minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the university to select the right candidates. Candidates who pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate may apply for this course. The selection is done based on the scores obtained by candidates in either JIS University Entrance Test (JET), which is conducted by the university itself. The university also accepts scores of UGAT.
