No, you can't admission to JSSATE, Noida through IPU entrance exam, because JSS Noida tales admission in engineering through UPSEE or JEE Mains ranks based not the basis of IPU entrance exam ranks.
And there is no issues if you have above 60%.

Well, try for it, but I will suggest you join GL Bajaj.
It's more progressive than many other colleges.
It has been ranked 1 by NIRF. It has 100% placement in CSE, IT and ECE branch.
It has highest placement in ME branch also.

From my point of view, Noida is not a very wise option to pursue engineering and if you are going for a private institution in Noida, JIIT is good. Otherwise, every college is average or below average. You can opt for a better college in any other region.

If you want to know about the cut-off for CS in JSS then it is 6,000 rank (general) and it varies by 500 rank every year so range will 5.5 thousand-6.5 thousand rank.
For placement in JSS, CSE is on the top and the highest in campus placement. For CSE, Rs 12 lakhs per annum till January is the highest package offered.

Admission in JSS Noida for engineering degree courses is based on the results of UPSEE conducted by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh). You may apply online for UPSEE 2017. Admission application process is currently on and us open till 5th March 2017.
