As you want to know about the comparison between these two colleges which is DY Patil Pimpri and k. wagh Nashik for computer engineering, I would say it doesn't matter if you choose any two colleges between the two. I judge colleges based on few factors-
1-Placements
2-Infrastructure
3-Brand
I would say in terms of placements both these colleges are at par as both of these colleges placed 80% of their students and the average package was around 4-5 L. In terms of infrastructure, K.K WAGH is a better one to choose and in case of brand name DY Patil has a better brand name.

Hi, no, there are no benefits in fees merely because a student is from EWS quota. It's only for fixing or deciding as to the number of seats against which students from this catagory can be admitted. However there are schemes of the govt offering scholarship that a student can apply. You can have all the details from the administrative department of your college. Best wishes to you.
