The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is the official body responsible for conducting the Karnataka PGCET exam, and they may provide information regarding the opening of the edit option for the 2019 application form on their website or through their contact channels. I recommend visiting the KEA website or contacting their support team directly for the most up-to-date information regarding the opening of the edit option. Please upvote if it was helpful.
