The highest rank acceptable in 2024 was 2206 for the General AI category. So, students who have a rank below 2206 have a better chance of admission in the MBA/PGDM course. Students should know that the cutoff for other categories will vary.

To get a seat at NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology for the MBA/PGDM course, students have to first appear for the Karnataka PGCET entrance exam and then for its counselling process to be considered eligible for admission. 

The Karnataka PGCET cutoff is released in the form of open and closing ranks for various AI and HS quota categories. Based on an estimate, the maximum rank acceptable for the General AI category students was 2206 in 2024.

Candidates who clear the round, year and category-specific cutoff are considered eligible for admission. For the General AI category, the last round closing rank for the MBA course was 4899. For more details, go here.

Qualifying Karnataka PGCET is compulsory for Karnataka domicile students to get admission in M.Arch in BMS School of Architecture. For others, it is not compulsory and they can get admission based on GATE score or through Management Quota.

The ISBR Karnataka PGCET cutoff 2025 was released for the MBA/PGDM course for all categories. The cutoff was published in the form of opening and closing ranks. 

For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 28913 for enrollment in the Master of Business Administration course. Hence, candidates who attained this rank of better than or lower than this are eligible for admission.

Presidency College Bangalore accepts the Karnataka PGCET 2026 exam scores. The exam is conducted in mid-May. Registration for this state-level test usually opens in April, and it serves as a gateway for many top colleges in the region. The entrance test includes entrance exam scores followed by GD/PI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview).

No, Karnataka PGCET is not a mandatory entrance exam to be qualified for Jain College, Jayanagar MA courses. The institute decides the selection of candidates based on merit of last qualifying exam score of a candidate.

Thus, candidates who have appeared for the aforementioned entrance exam will not be evaluated based on their scores in the entrance exam.
