Infrastructure wise, it is a good university. Coming to BBA programme, there is not much placements as engineering is doing good. Anyway, after BBA, you should do MBA from a good business school to get bright career.
All the best.

Fashion studies are not offered in any schools. But home science is an optional subject in lots of schools in humanity stream in classes 11 and 12. You will have to enquire about the schools yourselves.

MU-OET demands a lot of speed, in fact it requires you to be faster than any other exam. The questions are usually one mark each and have no negative marks. The difficulty of questions is less than that of JEE Mains but greater than state level exams.
One feature this exam is that the questions of different subjects are jumbled i.e. you can have a question of mathematics, a next question from physics and a next one from English. So, searching for questions from the subject you're strong at would be meaningless.
