Hello Lokesh,
NL Dalmia is way better an option among the two due to its location, better placement scenarios and brand name. Also, Dalmia is widely considered as one of the best B-schools in and around Mumbai specifically for Finance:

When you see fee, ROI and placements XIME, Kochi is a very good college to learn various aspects of management but at the end of the day you have to make a choice between the two as both are very reputed and good colleges.

Guide-Level 12

Hi Arun, if you have completed your 1st year of engineering you should start the application process ASAP. Students from India cannot apply after 12th, they are required to complete 13 years education which you have met. Now, you must prepare for the IELTS. For most programs German language knowledge is a pre-requisite. Request to check DAAD website, it is the most important website for you to check when you are applying to German universities. Contact the officials too. They have centers in India as well. Here is the link

Good luck.

Hi Arun,
You can take any of these either TOEFL or IELTS. Universities have their own preferences, in US TOEFL is widely accepted. Exact requirements will be found on university websites.
