Candidates who have forgotten their KIITEE 2025 application form number can retrieve it by following the steps below.

  • Visit the official website - kiitee.kiit.ac.in

  • Click on find application number for KIITEE 2025

  • Enter your registered mobile number and captcha code

  • Click on proceed

  • The KIITEE 2025 application form details will be displayed on the screen.

The last date of the KIITEE 2025 phase I application form is April 8, 2025. Interested candidates must fill out the application form correctly and submit it before the due date.

Candidates must upload the following documents (as per the specifications) while filling out the KIITEE application form-

  • A recent passport-sized photograph of not more than 50 Kb must be scanned and uploaded in JPG format. 
  • A scanned copy of the signature is in JPG format. The size of the signature must not be more than 50 Kb. 
  • Class 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets must be uploaded in JPG format and must not exceed 1 MB.

Yes, in that case, aspirants must have passed three years Diploma course in engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state or its equivalent. Candidates can check the course-wise eligibility criteria for BTech (LE) below -

The KIITE BTech question paper is curated with questions focusing on the core concepts of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. If compared to JEE Main and WBJEE, the difficulty level is on the easier side. Aspirants can check the KIITEE official cutoff following the steps below -

  • Visit the official website of KIITEE 
  • Find and click on the merit list based on the course applied
  • Now login, using the credentials - Application number and password
  • Click on "Get Status"
  • View the cutoff list and download the PDF for future reference

The  mode of KIIT counselling is online. The KIIT admission council will be conducted in three phases the counselling process of kiiit 2025 comprises the following stages registration, choice filling in locking branch allotment and document verification process the counciling is only available online.

The KIITEE Engineering (BTech) question paper comprises three sections, namely- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section carries a total of 40 questions, i.e, Physics - 40 questions, Mathematics - 40 questions, and Chemistry - 40 questions. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be rewarded. A negative marking of one mark is deducted for an incorrect answer. The total marks allotted for the KIITEE BTech question paper is 480 marks.
