Candidates appearing for the KIITEE counselling must submit a demand draft of INR 75,000, which includes the counselling registration fees of INR 10,000 (non-refundable), payable at Bhubaneswar, in favor of KIIT. Document verification will be done during the KIITEE counselling or admission process. Candidates must carry the following documents and token fees to the counselling centre -
KIITEE 2025 admit card
KIITEE 2025 Rank card
10th pass certificate
12th mark sheet and certificate
Graduation mark sheet and passing certificate
For M.Tech admissions, a GATE scorecard is required
A relevant certificate issued by the competent authority clearly indicating the reservation criteria claimed by the candidate.

KIIT University offers admissions to various courses in engineering, pharmacy, management, science, and more. Candidates willing to apply at KIIT must appear and qualify for the entrance test, KIITEE. The university also accepts other entrance test scores, such as JEE Main, CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc., for admissions. The candidate selection is based on the KIITEE exam scores, followed by a personal interview and counselling. The KIITEE 2025 application form for Phase I is now available on the official website. Candidates can visit the website and apply. There is no application fee for the KIITEE registration.

The KIITEE B.Tech exam is conducted online and the question paper will be available in English language. It is a computer-based test with a time duration of three hours. For B.Tech courses, the KIITEE question paper will contain Physics (40 questions), Chemistry (40 questions), and Mathematics (40 questions). Candidates appearing for the examination must finish their test within the allotted time. The dates for the KIITEE 2025 exam will be announced soon on the official website.

The exam pattern of KIITEE 2025 B.Tech is as follows -
It is a computer-based (online) entrance test
The language of the question paper is English
The time duration of the KIITEE is three hours.
The questions are in an objective-based format.
The KIITEE B.Tech question paper will contain Physics (40 questions), Chemistry (40 questions), and Mathematics (40 questions)
The KIITEE question paper carries a total of 120 questions.
For each correct question, four marks are awarded, and for each incorrect answer, -1 mark is deducted.

No, KIITEE exam eligibility for the B.Tech course requires a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised board/institute. In addition, the candidate must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

The qualifying marks for the KIITEE are different for each stream or discipline. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying mark will be eligible for further admission.
For BTech programmes of four years duration, the applicant must have passed 10+2 in 2023 or 2024 or must be appearing in the final year examination. The minimum qualifying mark for BTech admission is 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
BTech and MTech Biotechnology's minimum qualifying mark is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
