You must have finished your 10+2 with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) in order to be eligible for admission to MIT WPU's BBA LLB program. You can apply using the MIT-WPU UGPET exam or by submitting your results from tests such as the LSAT, CLAT, or MH CET Law. Proceed to the official MIT WPU website, complete the application form, pay the application money, and show up for the admission exam. Those who have been shortlisted will participate in a group discussion (GD) or personal interview (PI). Merit-based admissions are finalized, and then there is document submission and fee payment.

After completing LLM from University of Calcutta, Faculty of Law, the candidates can find jobs in both public and private sectors. The degree holders can work as legal advisors in government departments on important policy and legislative issues or as government policy analysts, analysing legal issues and assisting in developing public policy. The university has 42 seats for the LLM course. Faculty of Law, CU LLM seat allotment process is carried out through e-counselling. The seats are allotted based on the applicants scores in the CULET-UG examination. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. The admission to the LLM programme is done on the basis of applicants scores in the Calcutta University Law Entrance Test (CULET-UG) scores. Candidates seeking admission are thus required to register and apply to take the test. Before filling out the form, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. Candidates who get shortlisted based on exam score have to participate in the e-counselling round. In this round, the seat allotment is done followed by which the fee payment can be done for admission confirmation.

For admission to LLM course at Calcutta University Faculty of Law, the aspirants should have passed a valid law programme. Hence, candidates with a valid LLB/BA LLB or equivalent degree passed with required minimum aggregate are eligible for admission. Moreover, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised university. Candidates must also hold the relevant documents/pass certificates for verification of documents.

No, the University of Calcutta may not admit candidates without a valid score of CULET-UG. Hence, the aspirants must take the entrance exam and secure a good score in it. Apart from this, the aspirants must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements, i.e., LLB/BA LLB or equivalent degree pass with the required minimum aggregate.

The Calcutta University may reserve certain seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST or other such categories. It follows the reservation rules of the Government of West Bengal. Candidates taking admission under a reserved category have to submit the relevant document for verification. Moreover, the university has a seat intake of 120 for the BA LLB course.
