The courses at MIT SoL have a focus on hands-on learning and research experience with the institute establishing several Cells and Centres for Legal Studies including Legal Aid Centre,  Centre for Constitutional Law & Administrative Law,  Centre for Intellectual Property Law (CIPL),  Centre of Cyber and IT,  Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CAM), etc.

No, you cannot apply for LLB at MIT School of Law, MIT-ADT University after Class 12. To be eligible, you need to pass in Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum 45% marks (42% for OBC students/40% for SC/ST).
