  • Previous studies degrees (including Diplomas for all the degrees that have been received)

  • CV / resume

To pursue an LLM from Harvard, the applicants are required to meet the entry requirements given below:

  • A J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an ABA-approved US law school or a first law degree (J.D., LLB or the equivalent) from a law school
  • If the applicants are in the final year of law studies, then they must complete the degree no later than June of the year in which they are intended to enroll
  • Usually, to study LLM from Harvard, no work experience or further study beyond law school is needed. However, the applicants with two or more years of work experience have a better sense of what they hope to accomplish during the LLM program
  • TOEFL test score

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law offers a total of 214 seats for admission to BA LLB (Hons). The admission are based on CLAT score. For admission to BA LLB (Hons) course at RGNUL candidates have to register through CLAT portal. Registered candidates for CLAT 2025 counselling will be called by Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law through five provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who have been allocated a seat in the provisional lists and applied for revision, should check the status of their seat in the CLAT provisonal lists.

RGNUL BA LLB admission is done through CLAT. For admission through CLAT candidates have to submit the application fee, other than the course fee.

For General /OBC /PWD /PIO /OCI /NRI category candidates, the application fee is INR 4,000 and for SC /ST /BPL category candidates, the application fee is INR 3,500.

Candidates who qualify for CLAT are required to pay fee for their respective courses, which includes various components such as Tuition Fee, Examination Fee, Security Deposit, Hostel Charges (if applicable), etc.

  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
  • Class 10 and Class 12 certificate
