The KLEE 2024 LLM syllabus is based on core legal topics. Some of the most important topics of KLEE LLM syllabus have been mentioned below: 

• Jurisprudence: It deals with the nature and philosophy of law, different schools of legal thought.
• Constitutional Law: It includes topics such as, Indian Constitution, its structure, fundamental rights, and applications.
• Law of Contracts: It emphasizes on principles of forming valid contracts, breach of contract, and remedies.
• Law of Torts: It deals with civil wrongs and legal remedies available to victims.
• Criminal Law: It focuses on understanding of crimes, offenses defined in the IPC, and punishments.
• Public International Law: This area focuses on basic concepts of international law and legal systems.
• Additional Legal Areas: The exam might cover other legal subjects depending on the discretion of the exam developers. It's wise to stay updated on current legal developments and landmark judgments to broaden your legal knowledge.

The General Knowledge section of the KLEE exam tests your awareness of a broad range of subjects. The General Knowledge section of the Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) includes the following important topics: 

1. Current Affairs:

The Current Affairs topics could include the important government policies and judicial decisions, significant developments in social, economic, and political spheres (both national and global), and major awards and honors bestowed in various fields.

2. Indian Polity:

This topic includes Indian Constitution, its structure, fundamental rights, and directive principles, the functioning of the government, including the roles of the legislature, executive, and judiciary, and important legal institutions and bodies like the Election Commission, Supreme Court, and High Courts.

3. History:

While a deep dive isn't necessary, have a general understanding of major historical events in India, particularly those related to the development of the legal system.
You may encounter questions about the Indian independence movement, landmark legal milestones, and influential legal figures. Having a basic awareness of world history, especially events with legal ramifications, can also be beneficial.

4. Geography: 

It includes the topics related to the Indian geography, including states, major rivers, mountain ranges, and important cities.
A general understanding of world geography, particularly major continents, countries, and their legal systems, might be helpful.

5. Science:

Though not a Science exam, having a basic grasp of scientific concepts can be advantageous.
Focus on areas with legal connections, like environmental Science or forensics.

Other Important Areas:

• Eminent personalities: Be familiar with prominent legal figures, both historical and contemporary.
• International Organisations: Gain knowledge about important international organizations like the United Nations (UN) and their role in shaping laws.
