LLM (one year) courses are available through the Jindal Global Law School at OP Jindal Global University in both residential and non-residential formats. There are several specialisations available for the residential LLM programme. The non-residential LLM programme in Environmental Law, Energy Policy, and Climate Change is provided in association with the Centre for Environmental Law, WWF-India. Both courses have entrance-based admission, which is followed by an interview phase. Additionally, applicants are permitted by OP Jindal Global University to enrol in a dual-degree LLM programme at Brunel University in the UK and Southwestern Law School in California. Details on eligibility and selection criteria are provided in the table below for admission to the LLM programme at OP Jindal Global University:

NOTE: Candidates with less than 50 percentile in the entrance exam shall have to go through the interview round mandatorily (for the non-residential course).

Cyber Law is a generic term referring to all the legal and regulatory aspects of the internet. Everything concerned with or related to or emanating from any legal aspects or concerning any activities of the citizens in the cyberspace comes within the ambit of cyber laws. 

PG Cyber Law Eligibility: Candidates who want to pursue Cyber at the postgraduate level must be graduated with an LLB degree or any other equivalent degree from a recognised university. Cyber Law Diploma Eligibility: Candidates who want to pursue Cyber at a diploma level have completed a 10+2 from a recognised board.

To pursue the LLM course offered in the field of Cyber Law candidates need to possess LLB or equivalent degree. For Diploma courses, candidates must have completed Class 12 in any background whereas for Postgraduate Diploma courses, candidates must have completed graduation in Law.To pursue the LLM course offered in the field of Cyber Law candidates need to possess LLB or equivalent degree.
