SLS Pune has been a pioneer in the legal education. SLS has come up with other campuses at Noida, Hyderabad and Nagpur. You may very well consider them but the preference should be Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Nagpur.

Yes, to avail the NRI reservations, you need to fill the NRI forms released by respective NLUs after the CLAT exam. The NLUs admit NRI students independently, however it is based on CLAT rank.

Covering current affair backlogs is one of the most tedious tasks. You have to read old news. You should start with the last 4-5 months GK as 70-80% of the GK comes from last 4-5 months. If you still get some spare time then move backwards with the months one by one.

Revision in CLAT is very essential, I will write section wise-
English - you don't need to learn anything, just keep practising passages so that you have a grip on the comprehension. Legal - Brush up your Legal knowledge part, revise the Constitution. Reasoning - Revise your concepts of both logical and critical resoning. Math - Go through all the important formulas. GK - This is the most important section as it involves a lot of learning. Most preferable is revising the notes that you have made through out the preparation. Cover the important 200-500 topics.

MGM Law college doesn't provide you with on campus placements, many people have got PPOs from Law firms in the past. Being in Mumbai it has location advantage, you can intern in big Law firms throughout your Law school.
