It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form
3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils
Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law.
