All India Bar Examination AIBE is a national level examination which is administrated by the Bar Council of India for law graduates who are keen to start practicing law. The candidate will receive a Certificate of practice, making them eligible to represent themselves in any Indian court. The exam is given to determine a candidates fundamental level of knowledge and to establish the minimal standard for beginning legal practice, in addition to determining the analytical abilities of the candidate.

Candidates must meet the AIBE eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria includes academic qualification, registration with state bar council and others. Candidates applying for AIBE exam should have enrolled with their respective State Bar Council and possess an Advocate Card. There is no such minimum marks and age limit to appear for AIBE examination. Candidates have to pass the AIBE examination within two years from the completion of graduation. Sarsuna Law college provides 2 professional law courses, LL.B. Of 3 years and LL. M. of 2 years. We cannot expect placements in this field like engineering and hotel management related courses. But, the faculty provide precious tips and practical advice which will be helpful for our future. The guaranteed placement should not be expected more than 20-30%. .
