Eligibility criteria for admission in University Law College, Utkal University
45% Mandatory Courses: B.A.B.Sc.B.Com
Candidate must have Graduation Degree in a relevent field or equivalent with securing minimum mentioned marks from a recognized board / Institute/ University.
Minimum 70% in CLAT or State entrance exams.

Yes, India allows foreign students to study in medical college and also one can practice in India but one should to register under Veterinary council of India (VCI) and State Veterinary council, After getting a registration number one can practice in India.

Criminal law is a wider subject. To study criminal laws that are prevailing in India you can easily access bare Acts of any publication. Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 will be a good start.
