SLS Pune Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
Symbiosis Law School, Pune admissions 2025-26 are currently open for various courses. Interested students can visit the official website and apply online.
SLS Pune course admissions are held via the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) conducted by Symbiosis International, the governing body of Symbiosis Pune. The tests for SLAT 2025 were held across 77 cities on 13th and 15th December, 2024. The admissions were concluded by SLS Pune by the 25th of February, 2025.
After successful shortlisting in the SLAT test, candidates would have to appear in a Personal Interview before a board designated by Symbiosis Law School, Pune. The weightage that will be taken into account for consideration of admission is SLAT score (70%) and Personal Interaction (PI) (30%).

In order to be eligible for the BA LLB course at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, the student must possess at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidate) in her/his 10+2/Higher Secondary education. This allows the student to appear in the SLAT test that screens applicants for admissions in BA LLB.
After appearing in the SLAT test, the candidate must achieve scores above the cutoff level as stipulated by the SLS Nagpur management. The cutoff score for SLS Nagpur usually falls between 43-47 in SLAT.
Symbiosis International University (SIU) conducts the Symbiosis Law School All India Admission Test for admission to the LLM course every year. To apply for SLS entrance exam, candidates must have cleared five-year of three-year LLB degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% aggregate in case of General category candidate.
For candidates belonging to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 40%. Also, the candidates whose LLB results are awaited can register for the entrance test. Provided, they will have to submit their passing certificate at the time of admission to the university.
In order to qualify for SLS Nagpur BA LLB, candidates must participate in and qualify the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT). The SLAT test is held by Symbiosis International to admit students to various Law courses at its branches across India.
After determining their eligibility for SLAT and applying for the test, the student must clear the exam based on the respective cutoff released for their SLS of choice. Thereafter, they will be required to appear for a Personal Interaction (PI) session, which would carry a weightage of 30% in the admission process. The SLAT test carries a weightage of 70%.

Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma level courses to its students with the admission to the latter being done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exams. Based on the scores attained in the entrance examinations conducted by the college, students for UG and PG levels are given admissions. The two exams are Symbiosis All India Admission Test (AIAT) and Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT).
SLS Pune offers admission to UG, PG and PhD programmes based on entrance exam scores of the candidates. SIU conducts SLAT and AIAT for admission to integrated Law and LLB/ LLM courses. Those who pass the test are further called for a personal interaction round. Besides, aspirants can get admission in Diploma programme directly based on their merit in the qualifying exam.
