The admissions in AIL Mohali are done through the following streams.
1. Admission to 60 seats for wards of army personnel will be done through an entrance test (Online LET) conducted by AIL under the aegis of AWES.
2. Admission to 04 seats in the All India Category will also through the same entrance test.
3. Candidates for both Army and All India Category will be called for counselling as per merit in the written exam. Admission will be granted only if the candidate is found eligible on the day of counselling.
4. Admission to 16 seats in the Punjab Category will be based on 10+2 merits, drawn up by the nominated university as per the notification issued by the government of Punjab. So if you are from Punjab then you can get admission to the asked college on the basis of 12th marks.

You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. This condition is applicable only to students graduating from the academic year 2009-10 onward who need to clear the All India Bar Examination and get a Certificate of practice in order to practice law in India. If you have graduated prior to the academic year 2009-10, but have not enrolled with a State Bar Council, you only need to enroll with a State Bar Council to practice law in India. Further, there is no enrollment time frame with the state bar council for Advocates who graduated after 2009-10, So you can enroll right now.
