This the eligibility criteria for LL.B. Admissions
LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

The admissions in AIL Mohali are done through the following streams.
1. Admission to 60 seats for wards of army personnel will be done through an entrance test (Online LET) conducted by AIL under the aegis of AWES.
2. Admission to 04 seats in the All India Category will also through the same entrance test.
3. Candidates for both Army and All India Category will be called for counselling as per merit in the written exam. Admission will be granted only if the candidate is found eligible on the day of counselling.

You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. This condition is applicable only to students graduating from the academic year 2009-10 onward who need to clear the All India Bar Examination and get a Certificate of practice in order to practice law in India. If you have graduated prior to the academic year 2009-10, but have not enrolled with a State Bar Council, you only need to enroll with a State Bar Council to practice law in India.
