Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April, 2022 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2022 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission. Because you will write 12th board exam in year 2023, So you can not appear in CLAT-2022. However you will be eligible for CLAT-2023 in year 2023.

Due to the ongoing Covid restrictions and UGC guidelines, All Universities and Colleges are providing online classes and study material to their regular students. This is only an health measure for sometime taken by all colleges as per UGC instructions. This means not that students are doing the LL.B. Online. Doing LL.B. Through distance/ online is not valid for practicing as lawyer as per BCI instructions. So avoid to do this. Please take regular admission if wants to do LL.B.

BA LLB covers the subjects of humanities, while BBA LLB includes management and business studies subjects. The subjects of law are the same in both the programmes. However, the career opportunities after completing both these courses remain the same. The basic difference between the BA LLB (Hons. ) and BA LLB degree is that BA LLB (Hons. ) provides comprehensive knowledge of each law subject from the syllabus whereas BA LLB degree only offers general knowledge or outline of the law subjects. So prefer to do the integrated law Hons. degree.

I have not seen the University is offering 3 years of LL.B. Through Hindi Medium, Because books are not available in Hindi medium. The syllabus of LL.B. Published in English medium. Further avoid to do the distance or online LL.B. Because you will not be eligible for practicing as lawyer if obtained distance LL.B. Degree.
