The Sharda SOL BBA LLB (H) last semester is focused more on providing practical knowledge to the students. Hence, it is inclusive of Professional Ethics and Bar Bench Relation practical along with dissertation, moot court and internsip.  Students should participate in the practical sessions to understand the real world scenarios or at work challenges. 

Moreover, the core/liberal/optional/specialisation subjects are covered in the course. The curriculum is designed in a way that it curates theory, practical, and co requisite subjects.

During the form filling and admission, applicants need to submit (copies/original) documents. These are required to verify the details provided in the admission form. It also helps in verifying that the student is eligible for the programme. 

Mentioned below are some of the documents that the students should keep in handy while applying for BBA LLB (Hons) at Sharda School of Law:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
  • Aadhaar card
  • Passport-size photograph

School of Law, Sharda University does not offer direct admission to its five-year BBA LLB (Hons) course. The course aspirants need to secure a valid score in the accepted exams. Aspirants can apply with a valid score of SUAT/CLAT/CUET.  Apart from this, it is also necessary for the applicants to meet the course-specific eligibility requirements.

For more details on admission process or if there are any seats under management quota. It is advisable that the students contact the SOL Sharda University admission office.

Energy Law is notably difficult if you do not have a ability for technical things that may require some number crunching. Energy Law also draws from various legal fields such as,  Environmental Law, Regulatory Law and Contract Law, so you should have an understanding of broad range of legal concepts.
