The NUSRL Ranchi LLM cutoff list is prepared based on applicants' Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores. The consortium of NLUs releases the cutoff lists for counselling rounds. Recently, the Round 1 seat allomtent has been released for All India and Home State quotas. According to the NLU Ranchi CLAT cutoff 2025 for the needed rank to get admission to for the BA LLB (Hons.) and B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) course is 1476 and 1504 for the students belonging to the General AI category. The NLU Ranchi accepts CLAT entrance exam, followed by the counselling rounds for admitting students to its law courses.

Hidayatullah National Law University accepts the CLAT entrance exam for admission to its B.A. LLB(Hons) course at the undergraduate level. HNLU Raipur CLAT cutoff 2026 for Round 1 is out for different categories of students in the All India and Home State quotas. For the AI quota, the CLAT first round cutoff 2026 for BA LLB (Hons) programme stood at 736. For the HS quota, the cutoff rank for the same course was 3781. CLAT cutoff 2025 Round 1 is released for admissions to various participating institutions, including HNLU Raipur and GNLU Gandhinagar, offering 5-year integrated law courses.
The CLAT cutoff Round 1 2025, for the BA LLB (Hons) course at HNLU Raipur, was 765 for the General AI category students, and at GNLU Gandhinagar, it was 402, based on the Round 1 closing ranks.
Thus, taking into consideration both the NLUs, HNLU Raipur is comparatively easier for admissions than GNLU Gandhinagar. Aside from cutoffs, tuition fees, and rankings can also be considered to know which institution is better. For the same, please refer to the table be

NUALS Kochi cut off 2025 for admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) course has been released in the form of ranks. The Round 1 closing rank for the BA LLB (Hons.) course is 1175 for the students belonging to the General AI category. The NUALS Kochi accepts CLAT entrance exam, followed by the counselling rounds for admitting students to its law courses. For BA LLB (Hons) course, the CLAT 2026 Round 1 closing rank was 284 for NLU Kolkata and 310, for NLU Jodhpur. Based on these ranks, NLU Jodhpur is relatively easier for admissions when compared to NLU Kolkata. However, students can also compare the colleges based on other parameters, including tuition fees and NIRF ranking, to know which NLU would be a better choice.

NLU Kolkata accepts the CLAT entrance exam for admission to its BA LLB (Hons) and BSc LLB (Hons) courses at the UG and LLM course at the PG level. NLU Kolkata CLAT cutoff 2026 for Round 1 was 284 for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and 550 for the BSc. LLB. (Hons.) in Criminology and Forensic in the General AI category.
Similary, for the LLM course, the clat round 1 closing rank was 429.

MNLU Mumbai cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1. The cutoff was released for General AI category and PWD AI category candidates, for BA LLB (Hons). The last round closing rank for the same was 536 for the General AI category. For the PWD AI category candidates, the closing ranks for BA LLB (Hons) was 18972.

CNLU Patna which is one of the best institutes for law admissions has released its Round 1 seat allotment results recently. It accepts CLAT scores to offer courses such LLB for various specialisations. Considering the CNLU Patna cut off 2025 for the Round 1 seat allotment results, the cutoff for BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) stood at 1278 and 1424, respectively, for the General AI category candidates. NLIU Bhopal offers admission to the 5-year integrated law courses based on CLAT entrance examination results, followed by counselling rounds. CLAT cutoff 2025 for round 1 is out, where the closing rank for B.Sc. LL.B (Hons)(Cyber Security) and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) course was 821 and 458, respectively, for students belonging to the General AI category.
