The Apeejay Stya University School of Legal Studies (ASU) has a sanctioned strength of 120 students for every one of its law courses:

- B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)
- BBA LL.B. (Hons.)
- LL.B. (3-year program)

This implies that a total of 360 students can be enrolled in these three programs in a year.

Admission to Advocate Balasaheb Apte College of Law typically requires scores from the MHCET Law entrance exam, as selection is based on these scores and centralized admission counseling. Without MHCET Law, it may be challenging to secure a spot in the LL.B. course. You have to write the entrance exam.

Yes, MHCET Law is required for the LLB course at the Government Law College, Churchgate. Candidates must prepare well for the MHCET entrance exams for admissions. There should be prior preparation done by the students for a successful admission to various courses.

It doesn't matter in which year you have completed your intermediate. To pursue an LL.B. course all you need is a bachelor's degree. It's a 3 years course after graduation.

Yes, you can potentially join the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University for an LLB programme without taking the CUET exam. While Shiksha indicates that CUET is accepted, it also suggests the possibility of other admission methods. Some private law schools and state universities do not require CLAT scores for admission.
