ISBR Law College conducts an aptitude test to select candidates for LLB programme. ISBR Aptitude Test is both pen and paper and computer-based test. The paper includes multiple choice questions. The test is conducted for one hour and includes four sections, namely Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, General English and Maths. Selected candidates have to further pass the personal interview round for admission.

Oxford College of Law, Bangalore charges a fee of INR 50,000 approximately per annum for a 3-year LLB program. Hence the total fee for the entire programme comes to around INR 1.5 lakhs.

Admission here requires that candidates have achieved graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university.

There are only 10 best BA LLB colleges in Lucknow of which 4 colleges are owned privately, 1 is owned by semi government institutions and 1 is owned by the government. Admissions to most top BA LLB colleges in Lucknow are done on merit basis. IUL, Babu Banarasi Das University, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu Arab-Farsi University, Heera Lal Yadav Law College and St. Mother Teresa Group of Colleges are the top BA LLB colleges in Lucknow.

AIBE or the All India Bar Examination is conducted by the BCI. It's a national-level exam that certifies law graduates who want to become a lawyer and permits them to practice law in Indian Courts. It is a two-hour pen-paper exam and is conducted once a year. Students who want to appear for AIBE 2024 must have obtained a Bachelor's degree in law from a recognised law school or university in India. There is no minimum marks requirement for the Bachelor's degree. The candidates should also have registered as an advocate with a state bar council of India.
