You can do so, but still, it would be safe for you to check with the by-laws of your university, as in certain cases some universities do ban pursuit of additional courses or expect the students to seek NOC. You can complete two degree course as it is not illegal but it will not help you much. If you go for Part time MBA then also you will not be able to show both of your degree at the same time then what is the use of having such degree. If you are that much keen to go for MBA then first of all complete the course of Law and after that go for MBA. I advice you to not to do these two course simultaneously otherwise you can ruin your future.

If one wants to practice law then B.A. LL.B. Or B.Com LL.B. will be a good choice. After doing the course, one can start their own chamber or can specialise in the various fields like accounting and taxation. Doing CA CS or ICWAI can add extra weight to your CV. If you want to work with the Business field as a corporate employee then BBA LL.B. is more advantageous than B.A. LL.B. or B.Com LL.B. A BBA LL.B. Graduate can apply for the various managerial position in a company like the corporate legal adviser, mergers and acquisitions. Due to the boom in the Corporate Culture, LL.B. With corporate specialisation hits an all-time high. Unlikely the B.A. LL.B. or B.Com LL.B. Programs, the BBA LL.B. Is a fresh course and not so famous but due to Globalisation and campaign like DIGITAL INDIA, the course and the graduates are now having a dream run. Student and candidates can pursue their career in different private and Government companies after doing the specialisation in Legal Studies.

Rules prescribed by the University, UGC and Bar Council of India shall apply.
A candidate passing the Graduation in any stream conducted by any recognized University, Institution or Board, with minimum 45% marks as prescribed by Bar Council of India.
The above requirement as to percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to Schedule Castes & Schedule Tribes.
OR
Any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the S.N.D.T. Womens University or any other recognized university with the minimum prescribed marks of 45% as laid down by Bar Council of India is eligible for admission to the first year of the course.
