Eligibility Criteria:
(i) For Unreserved Category candidates: Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
(ii) For Other Backward Classes (OBC) Category candidates: Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
(iii) For Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe (SC/ST) Category candidates, Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 40% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
(iv) Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to widows/wards of defence personnel (CW) category.
(v) Relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to the Person with Disability (PWD) category.

You can do so, but still, it would be safe for you to check with the by-laws of your university, as in certain cases some universities do ban pursuit of additional courses or expect the students to seek NOC. You can complete two degree course as it is not illegal but it will not help you much. If you go for Part time MBA then also you will not be able to show both of your degree at the same time then what is the use of having such degree. If you are that much keen to go for MBA then first of all complete the course of Law and after that go for MBA. I advice you to not to do these two course simultaneously otherwise you can ruin your future.

If one wants to practice law then B.A. LL.B. Or B.Com LL.B. will be a good choice. After doing the course, one can start their own chamber or can specialise in the various fields like accounting and taxation. Doing CA CS or ICWAI can add extra weight to your CV. If you want to work with the Business field as a corporate employee then BBA LL.B. is more advantageous than B.A. LL.B. or B.Com LL.B. A BBA LL.B. Graduate can apply for the various managerial position in a company like the corporate legal adviser, mergers and acquisitions. Due to the boom in the Corporate Culture, LL.B. With corporate specialisation hits an all-time high. Unlikely the B.A. LL.B. or B.Com LL.B. Programs, the BBA LL.B. Is a fresh course and not so famous but due to Globalisation and campaign like DIGITAL INDIA, the course and the graduates are now having a dream run.
