It is possible to get admission in DU for LLM with 420 marks in CUET gov college if you are a reserved category candidate. The cut-off for reserved category candidates is usually lower than the cut-off for general category candidates.

If you are a general category candidate, then it will be more difficult to get admission in DU for LLM with 420 marks in CUET gov college.

The letters "C.O." on your LL.B. result mean "Conducted Otherwise." This means that you did not meet the minimum academic requirements to pass the course, but you were allowed to continue your studies with a "conducted otherwise" designation.
