You can take distance education from anywhere.Unfortunatley Banglore do not have evening law colleges like DU , Jamai but few option could be NLSU, ULC, IP Academy,Bhubneshwari correspondence college.
Age bar on 3 year LL.B is limited so you can explore law colleges in Banglore which allow minimum attendance .Although correspondence LL.B is not valid for practise.
You can also explore on diploma courses in law like PG diploma in corporate law by DDE Symbosis , etc.
MBL from NLSU Banglore could be a good option.

The eligibility criteria of 3 years LL.B. Through MH-CET is given below. Eligibility : Candidate should be a graduate in any faculty of any University in Maharashtra established by an act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent National Institution recognised as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognised as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an
authority competent to declare equivalence, With Minimum
1. 45% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 45% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of candidates belonging to General (Open)/E. W. S. /Orphan Candidates
from the state of Maharashtra.
2. 42% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 42% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of candidates belonging to VJ/ DT/ NT (A)/ NT (B)/ NT (C)/ NT (D)/
OBC/ SBC Category belonging to State of Maharashtra.
3. 40% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 40% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of Candidates belonging to SC & ST Categories from the State of
Maharashtra
So from above 45% aggregate marks in graduation are mandatory requirement for general category and 42% for OBCs. So you can be eligible if belongs to OBC category.
