As per the marking scheme of DU CUET-PG 2023, the marking scheme will be based on following criterion:
Each question will carry four marks. For each correct response, candidate will get four marks. For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the total score. For un-answered/ un-attempted questions no marks will be given to candidates. To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose only one option as correct option. Marking two options as correct answers will be considered as wrong attempt, and negative marking will be applied in such cases. The question paper of DU LL.B. Through CUET-PG 2023 will be based on the Exam Pattern 3 of test format. This means, the question paper will be carrying 100 Multiple-Choice based Questions on the following main subjects:
Language Comprehension - options from Hindi and English subjects
General Knowledge
Computer Basics
Logical Reasoning
There will be no Legal Aptitude based questions in the question paper of CUET LL.B. 2023. DU LL.B. Question paper till last year carried questions from English Language Comprehension, Analytical Abilities, Legal Awareness & Aptitude, and General Knowledge subjects.

No, the question paper of DU CUET LL.B. 2023 will be carrying only objective-type I. e. multiple-choice based questions for all papers. This means, candidates will be provided question papers on the screen (designated/ allotted systems at the centres), wherein candidates will have to read and interpret the questions and fill the correct option from the available options on the screen. They will not be required to write answers on OMR sheet. As per the examination schedule shared by NTA the shift timings will be as under:
Schedule for Shift 1 from 10:00 A. M. to 12:00 PM
Reporting at the centre - 08.00 a. m. to 09.30 a. m
Frisking and seat allotment - 9:30 am to 9:50 am
System login by candidates to read exam instructions - 9:50 am onwards
Exam begins - 10:00 am onwards
Exam ends - 12:00 pm
Schedule for Shift 2 to be held from 03:00 P. M. to 5:00 P. M. Reporting at the centre - 01.00 p. m. to 02.30 pm
Frisking and seat allotment - 02.30 p. m. to 02.50 pm
System login by candidates to read exam instructions - 02.50 pm onwards
Exam begins - 03:00 pm onwards
Exam ends - 5:00 pm.

The National Testing Agency will conduct the entrance exam for all papers in two shifts on all exam days. The shift timing for each paper will be mentioned on the admit card of candidates. The exam authority has informed two shift timings on the official website, as under:
Shift 1 - 10:00 A. M. to 12:00 Noon
Shift 2 - 03:00 P. M. to 5:00 P. M. It is highly possible that the exam authority will change/ add more shifts on the exam day, however, it will be informed to all registered candidates at least 5 days before the exam date. Candidates are required to reach the exam centre at least 2 hours before the exam timings on the exam day.

The application correction window for CUET-PG 2023 was opened from May 12 to 13, 2023. The correction window was earlier scheduled to be available between May 6 to 8, 2023, however, it was rescheduled as the application window was extended till May 11, 2023. There will no longer be any other window provided by NTA for DU CUET-PG 2023 application correction.

The University of Delhi will be sharing a schedule for conducting counselling process of DU LL.B. 2023 admissions soon after declaration of CUET-PG 2023 results. The counselling process will be held in online mode at du. AC. In. There will be at least 3 rounds of DU LL.B. 2023 counselling process, wherein candidates will be able to participate on the basis of merit list. The candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process of DU LL.B. 2023, if they had not qualified CUET-PG 2023 as per the cutoff marks. The merit list of Delhi University will be published within a week after the results of CUET-PG 2023 are declared. The university will prepare a merit list of all candidates who appeared for LL.B. Paper through CUET-PG 2023. However, the candidates must have selected Delhi University as their preferred university for admission to LL.B. Course. Thereafter, the university will release merit list for each category and campus separately based on the following factors:
Cut-off marks for each respective category
Eligibility criteria of the three-year LL.B. Course
Preferences marked by the candidates from the available campuses
