MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Registrations for each MAT exam phase start a month earlier. Candidates can also take re-tests in the same academic session if they are not happy with their scores.

Class 12 with English and PCM/ PCB/ PCMB and a minimum of 55% aggregate (for the General category) is the basic eligibility for BPharma at Kota University. Candidates from states other than Rajasthan need a minimum of 60% aggregate to be eligible for the course.

Admission to MA course at UOK is merit-based. Candidates can get admission to Kota university by meeting the eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility is General Category with 48% and SC / ST / OBC / MBC = Min. Pass Marks and Qualifying examination passed from any recognised University which is situated outside the Rajasthan State: All Categories is 60%. selection process is based on merit.

There are no placement details available on the official website of Kota University. However, the Kota University has released the NIRF report 2024 on its official website. Kota University provides a two-year, four-semester full-time Master of Science (MSc) programme. Admission to the MSc programme at Kota University is determined by the candidate's performance on their most recent qualifying exam. Except for Zoology and Wildlife Science, all specialisations have the same minimum score requirements. The university furthermore provides MSc programme through its affiliated colleges. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to get admission to MSc course: 

Eligibility: B.Sc. In the relevant stream with a minimum 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for M.Sc. Zoology & Wild Life Science) for General category candidates of Rajasthan and 60% aggregate for other state candidates

Class 12 in the Science stream with a minimum of 48% aggregate is the basic eligibility for BSc at Kota University. Candidates belonging to states outside of Rajasthan need a minimum of 60% aggregate to be eligible. 

The fee for the MSW course offered by UOK Kotak is INR 18,000. Kotak University offers a regular Master of Social Work MSW course in a full-time mode. Admission to this PG course is merit-based. Candidates should qualify for the basic eligibility criteria to be able to get a seat at the University of Kotak. The criteria is that the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 48% aggregate. The University offers 20 seats for the MSW programme. Candidates can avail hostel facilities offered by the University of Kotak. Hostel seat is offered on the basis of merit. The hostel allotment list is uploaded on the hostel notice board. Selected candidates can submit the required documents to get a seat along with the hostel fee. The hostel fee is INR 4,000 (approximately) and mess charges are as per the expenditure by the students.

Kota University conducts the application process for various courses online. The application process for all the courses is INR 500.
