If you want to pursue CS course you can do so as LLB, and CS both the courses are of similar nature more or less. In CS you will learn company related case studies and many more things. But it's better to get experience related to your completed degrees of M.Tech and LL.B. You can have good exposure with these degrees. But if you still want to pursue you can do so. Good luck and think wisely.

BA LL.B. Is a five-year course. Having passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with a recommended minimum of 50% on aggregate, a candidate may apply for this course. Admission to most of the law schools/universities is done through a national level or university level entrance test.
