To get the license of practise from BCI, the procedure is as follow.
1)Register in state bar council ( the require documents)
2) Pass the AIBE exam within two year of registration in state bar. I suggest to use " Advocate" instead of lawyer, in case of practise. You require provisional/ original degree to register.

There is no upper age limit for pursuing LL.B. Course. So you are eligible for doing LL.B. However please write the college name for better response.

As per BCI guidelines, LLB is 3 years of duration course. So you can not do the LLB in one year.

As per the exam pattern of BHU LL.B. The exam will be conducted in two languages- English and Hindi. The mode of the examination will be online (computer-based test) as well as offline (pen and paper test). There are four topics candidates must cover while preparing for BHU LL.B. Exam:
