In certain colleges like GGSIPU, CCSU attendance is not mandatory and at the end of the semester admit cards are issued easily. So, you can try in these colleges.

The minimum required percentage is 45%. But, you can try in Open University, maybe there you get a chance. 2nd thing you can otherwise do 5 year LLB on the basis of your class 12th percentage.
