There is no upper age restriction on LL.B. And B.A. LL.B.A person needs to be above 18 and passed 12th standard for B.A. LL.B. For LL.B. One should have completed their graduation or be in final year of graduation.

Since you have completed your course from DU. DU itself provide 3 year LLB after entrance exam. However, you cannot study LLB through CLAT examination, since they provide 5 year course. Other universities are BHU, MDU etc.

Hi, Eligibility Criteria An applicant should be a graduate from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks for general and 40% for SC/ST candidates. Admission Criteria The candidate willing to seek admission is selected on the basis of merit list prepared by the institute after processing of applications.
