You can discontinue any degree at any point of time you want, but you are more than half way to finish your degree and why do you want to waste your labor now when you are almost there.

Yes, law is a good option to do after B.Com. Not only B.Com, but any graduation, since it is a field different from all and is gaining momentum. There are a lot of career options after LL.B. Such as:
Litigation
Judiciary
Own Firm
Corporate
There is no prerequisite condition to do LLM to enter into corporate, you can enter into the corporate world with your LLB Degree as well.

There is nothing like part-time LLB. It is a full-time course since it does not involve only theory but also involves practical knowledge such as moot courts, conferences, seminars, etc.

Hi,
Bachelors of Law is a 3 year degree course and charges Rs. 48,000/- year. The total fee is Rs. 1.44 lakhs.
Candidate who possess degree of any recognized University with 45% marks in aggregate of all the three years of the degree examination is eligible for admission to 3 years LLB course.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category may be given relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks required for admission to 3 years LLB Course i.e. 40%.
A student with degree equivalent of 10+2+3 Standard qualification with minimum marks of 45% [In case of SC and STs] eligible for applying for LLB., Course.

Hi,
Amity Law School, Noida is the best option. But I would suggest you make a choice while keeping all the other factors in mind because Amity can be a little expensive.
