I don't think, that is any concession in the fees based on age. I would suggest to decide on the college where you wish to take admission and then inquire about the same.

Hi, Admissions are closed for LL.B. In all the top colleges and it is really very difficult to get admission with the above marks. https://www.shiksha.com/law/exams/clat
You can try for some private university if incase they can take admission in management quota. Thanks.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed a three year Degree Examination of Universities in Tamil Nadu and Such degree awarded by Member Universities of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi for purpose of mutual recognition on reciprocal basis, after 10+2+3+ or 11+1+3 pattern and also recognized by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University alone are eligible for admission to LL.B (3 years) Degree Course.

You have crossed the age limit to pursue law but you can try in IGNOU University because it is an open university it may offer the course. JNU has started eLearning classes, please go through that, they are free.

It would be best to appear for CLAT or if you want to do LLM abroad then apply for TOEFL, ISAT and apply directly to the universities.

So, if you want to do LLB. You must apply for it and, you could surely do it. You have done your BA from IGNOU which is good, you must apply for it.

As per the UGC guidelines you can choose any one of the course, but if you want to do both then you have choice of doing it from two different universities.

Hi,
The admission criteria for LLB from Law College Dhanbad is as under :- A student after passing the graduation examination of Vinoba Bhave University or any other corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Vinoba Bhave University with at least 45 percent of marks in case of general category applicants and 40 percent marks in case of SC/ST applicants in the aggregate shall be eligible for admission to LL.B. Part-I course. Further the fee is about Rs 28000/ per year.
