Moat of universities rules do not allow registration for two degrees simultaneously. Also you may not able to cop up with both degrees simultaneously and spoil learning of both the degrees.

You can seek admission in 3 years LLB offered by universities in thier law faculty. Different universities have thier own admission process based on entrance examinations. You may look at websites of your targeted universities.

please don't go for law , if you are having medical stream you so many job opportunities in hand not like lawyer where there is a hard life if you are not successful , so go medical courses where your future will be bright , Good luck
