B.Ed is a 2 years course. You can go for it after completing class 12th. Whereas, LLB is a 3 year course that you can do after graduation.
B.Ed is a professional course. The B.Ed course guarantee's that you graduate with an industry-important degree. B.Ed students real experience, read allocated materials, visits workshops, open talking and critical thinking. These aptitudes help to get a far better job. After B.Ed, you can plan for Masters in education.
Many good universities offer all these courses. Some offer them on basis of entrance tests and some on merit basis or your marks in previous qualifying exam.

You can look at the option of Faculty of Law, Delhi University. It has the provision of evening classes as well. You have to write an entrance test and after clearing the same you will be able to get admission.

Yes, you can do LLB after completing your B.Sc. in biotechnology course. Prepare for CLAT and also for the entrance exams of private college. Some colleges even give admission on merit basis also.
Don't be so stressed out. Complete your biotechnology course with good results and then join LLB in any college.
