ILS Pune & UPES Dehradun.both gives admission on the basis of board merit. Among these UPES is better as it offers specialized integrated law courses. You can check the details of board merit on website of thes institutions.

Combination of (Hons) Political Science and LLB is one of the best career option for law. Lots of poltical activists in India had successful career in this combination of degrees. Therefore, I will recommend BA (Hons) Political Science over English for your law career.
