If you doing Mba from distance mode than you can do LLb from other university in Regular mode but If you doing Mba in Regular mode than it not a good option bcz LLB programme not in Distance mode as Recommended by Bar council of India.

Law can be diversified with many specialization like taxation, corporate , criminal, environmental, family and many more. The salary always depends on how good you are as an expert.

If you planning to do LLB after graduation or after Company secretary that will be wise decision bcz than you able to give your best in study.Both the course need time to understand and perform in the same.
So suggestion from my side first you should complete cs first than plan for LLb or any other further education.
