You can still secure a bar council of India (BCI) registration for pursuing LLB from NIILM University at the time of 46 years of age since some basics should be looked after and would assure practice of law.
Age restriction is no value in entering into LLB programs in India. Upon qualifying for all eligibility criteria which are generally having a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 45-50% marks and completing all necessary tests, you can sit for registration with BCI.
