Most of the Universities requires 45-55% marks in LLB. For pursuing LLM programme. It is recommendable here that not to pursue the distance learning LLM programme, because there is big confusion over Bar Council of India decision regarding this. Hence, it is better to go with regular LLM programme.

You need to check the criteria for that, because some colleges have strict cut off of at least 60% in LLB to be eligible for LLM. Some agree on just 55% as well. So, just go through the website for the information regarding the same.

Hello Bapu, There is not much difference between 1-year or 2-year LL. M. course. It depends on the specialisation and the college norms. Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET under Law subject, as you have the post-graduation and that's what the UGC NET eligibility says.
