Here are some important documents you must carry during the LLM in Tax Law application process:

  • An LLB degree (either 3 or 5 years)
  • AIBE Scores
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
  • Passport-sized photographs (at least 4)
  • Photo ID Proof (Adhaar, PAN Card, Passport, DL, etc.)
  • Provisional Certificate/Migration Certificate

Aspirants who have completed bachelor's degree in Law or such academic qualification equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% aggregate in the Bachelor's of Law examination can apply for LLM programme at Patna University.
