Join some college for B. Srch in Bangalore like RV, MS Ramaiah, BMS through COMEDK. Go for IEM through WBJEE. Go for JSS and Gagotias college through UPSEE. Give SRNJEE for SRM University or if you can exceed from 15 Lacs, you can go for KIIT-Bhubaneswar, Amity-Noida, Nirma-Gujarat, VIT, Manipal-Karnataka. Give JEE and go for the best IIIT-Hyderabad, BIT-Mesra (Ranchi) and MNIT-Jaipur. Good luck.

Yes, India allows foreign students to study in medical college and also one can practice in India but one should to register under Veterinary council of India (VCI) and State Veterinary council, After getting a registration number one can practice in India.

A nationwide entrance test is called CLAT. Admissions to undergraduate and graduate programmes offered by the 23 participants National Law Universitiesmember NLUs are handled by a consortium of NLUs. If you are expecting law marks in any competitive exam then I would suggest you to participate in both the counselling. Although there are more chances in State wise counselling than All India counselling. But do not take risk in skipping the all India Counselling. You might still have chance in both. Good luck.
