All depends on the student where he wants to see himself after graduating from the college and to identify in which branch of law his interests lies. College keeps holding seminars and workshops to help students in making informed decisions on what to do after graduation and to ease out in identifying their interests.

The University is offering various types of scholarship schemes to deserving students who meeting the eligibility criteria. The University is not offering the caste based scholarships to students. However the following scholarships can meet your requirements.
1. Merit based scholarship

LL.B. Shall be 100 while minimum pass marks in each paper shall be 33% individually and 48% in aggregate I. e. , total of all papers, as the case may be, of that Semester taken together
LL. M equivalent degree from a recognised University with not less than 55% marks on aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, I. e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability). Good luck.

The admission forms for 2023-24 UG admissions are out for era university. One can download the form through their website and fill the details to give in person or via post. Or you can apply online for the same. The selection will be merit based.

For unreserved category it takes rank 1 to 47
For OBC it takes rank 49 to 100
For SC it take rank from 66 yo 197
And finally for SC category it takes around 238 rank.

Master of Social Work MSW at Lucknow University is a 2 year full time course. Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor of Social Work degree from a recognised University. Eligible candidates have to apply online through the "Admission" link on the University website. Click on the undergraduate programme link to take admissions for UG programme. Click on the postgraduate programme link to take admission in the PG programme. Candidates have to appear for UGET (Under Graduate Entrance Test). Lucknow University also accepts direct admissions to vacant and NRI seats for B.Tech and MCA programme. The minimum marks required for general and other backward classes is 40% of marks and for schedule caste and tribes is 33% of marks. This percentage is based upon total marks of all the subjects.
