Both of these colleges, ILBS Delhi and SGPGI Lucknow are good medical colleges that offers many courses. The fees at both of these colleges are also average and efficient. However, ILBS can be considered better than SGPGI Lucknow because of multiple factors like qualiy of education, placement opportunities and competition to get into one. Nonetheless, as per your factors to consider the choice may differ as to which institute is better between the both.

Era University is of the good Universities of Lucknow. It has a solid placement and easy criteria for candidates.
Admission:
The minimum requirements for admission is 50% in 12th and NEET rank. In most of the courses NEET rank is main factor for admission.
Placemnt:
The placement of this college is pretty good 90% + students got placed last year. the highest package was 2.4Lpa and the lowest was 1.2 Lpa.
Recruiters: Pfizer, Lupin, Sunpharma, Mankind, Cipla etc.

A relatively newer university in Uttar Pradesh, DDU Gorakhpur University was founded in the 1970s. In eastern UP, it has a lengthy history.It has a "A" grade accreditation from NAAC and is acknowledged by UGC. Thus, its educational standards are respectable.
Nonetheless, DDU GKP is not ranked particularly highly in national rankings such as NIRF. It was ranked in the 100–150 band in 2022.In comparison to private universities, the campus facilities and infrastructure might not be as sophisticated. However, it's passable.
