It's actually the matter of your priorities. Your passion. Your interests. Surely, if you are to work as a teacher then not only MA but Ph.D is also required. For getting a job in other fields it may not be useful.

You really have a very good academic record. Your decision to pursue MA is also good. These days aviation industry is growing consistently above 16%. This is bound to result in good employment opportunities.

TISS is the best institute in it's field. Consequently it's quite tough to get admission there. And then as one can guess CTC is also quite good. Average CTC of about 16L is reported.
