As per the eligibility to apply for MA (Aviation Law and Air Transport Management) at NALSAR Hyderabad, candidate must fulfill the following conditions:
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from a recognised university, or
- Candidate having a three year's Diploma degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
Note: Candidates appearing in graduation final year can also apply for admission to MA (Aviation Law and Air Transport Management) programme offered at NALSAR University of Law.

GJUST admission to MA course is based on entrance exam conducted by the university. After completion of the entrance exam, the university releases a merit list for admission to MA course. The merit list will be prepared based on the entrance exam score. Shortlisted candidates are called for a counselling round. Aspirants need to carry all the specified documents for verification and pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
