To secure admission in MA, you must meet basic merit eligibility which bachelor's degree with 45%-50% marks. Some colleges accept minimum percentage of marks, while other colleges also conduct interviews. These may have specific requirements, which students must check on official website of that respective college. But keep in mind that MA admissions are easier than other PG degrees.

MA full form is Master of Arts and is 2-year postgraduate degree course. Students who have completed their undergraduation in BA courses, generally pursue MA courses. Students from all undergraduation disciplines can pursue MA courses. Students can choose their specializations in MA degrees. It is preferable that students pursue their Masters in the same field, or in a relevant field accoring to their Bachelors (BA) degree.
