The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil. program will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com./ MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian Universities. However, the candidates with degrees other than M.Com.

For M.Com, a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate. The applicant must have at least one school subject at the graduation or post-graduation level as a main subject.
The School subjects are: Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Science (Physics and/or Chemistry), Biology (Zoology and/or Botany), Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, History (or AIHC & Arch.), Geography, Political Science (or Civics), Home Science.

Jamia has a very good department for commerce and business studies but having studied in both DU and Jamia, I think DU provides you with more exposure. The curriculum in Jamia is quite old and there is no industry interference in studies unlike that in DU. Therefore, I would suggest you to go to DU instead of Jamia if you have both the options in hand.

As you are a B.Sc graduate you are eligible to apply for an intermediate course
or executive examinations. You are exempted from foundation course.
As per the rule of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India if you are directly applying for intermediate course/executive examination you will have to complete core subject of foundation course through coaching or postal
course.
