You can go for ACCA. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification.

The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil program will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com./ MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian universities. However, the candidates with degrees other than M.Com.

With this percentage, you can try your luck with correspondence/diploma courses in various fields.

Don't go for M.Com as you are not good at theories.
Go for banking.

You can also seek jobs in Government and various PSUs where the educational requirement is post-graduation.

MBA is sufficent qualification for getting an excellent job. M.Com after MBA may not bring any tangible benefits.
